Product warranty:
All our product carries warranty. Warranty period is specified individual product pages (Technical Details tab).
Warranty for our product will void in case of any of the following:
- Physical damage, improper handling, negligence of the user.
- Burning out due to wrong connections.
- Damages caused due to water fall or lightning
- Any repairs or modifications are attempted on the instrument by unauthorized persons.
After sale Service
In case of any defect during the guarantee period, the product should be sent to our factory by courier (courier charges should be paid by customer). It will be repaired and returned back free of cost (the returning courier charges will be paid by the company itself).
